While most of my weekends are spent capturing weddings, one of my absolute favorite parts of the year is working with my Senior Rep Team! I’ve been running this program for a few years now, and somehow each season gets more fun than the last.
I'm married to my best friend of almost 4 years and a mama to the sweetest (and wildest) almost 2-year-old boy, so life stays pretty full! But getting to pour into my reps and create something special with each of you is such a highlight of my year.
I’m SO excited to officially open applications for my Class of 2026 Senior Rep Team! If you’re fun, confident, and love being in front of the camera—this is for you.
As a Senior Rep, you’ll be the face of my brand and get access to exclusive perks like:

What is the Senior Rep Program?
The Emily Campbell Photography (ECP) Senior Rep Program kicks off in August before your senior year and runs all the way through graduation! I’ll be there to hype you up, cheer you on, and—of course—capture tons of unforgettable memories along the way.
Each year, I select a small group of seniors from local high schools to represent my brand. This program is my way of giving back to those who support me—through gorgeous photos, fun group experiences, and new friendships that last beyond senior year.
It’s about so much more than pictures—it’s about creating something meaningful, exciting, and personal!
How are Reps chosen?
Choosing reps is both exciting and a little challenging—because I truly want each spot to go to someone special! I’ll be selecting 8–10 seniors to represent Emily Campbell Photography this year, and I’m looking for young women and men who not only love my work but who also want to be a positive force in their schools and communities.
I love working with individuals who are confident, kind, and full of life—those who are active in sports, clubs, or community events and who reflect the kind of energy and authenticity that align with my brand.
Strong applicants are role models—people others naturally gravitate toward. Clean social media, a kind heart, a willingness to step outside their comfort zone, and a genuine interest in forming new friendships all go a long way. This program is about so much more than just taking pretty photos—it’s about building real connections, capturing your senior year, and making memories that last long after graduation.
What's Included + All the Perks
✨ Meet & Greet in August – Hosted by Emily Campbell! This will be our first group session and a fun way for you to meet the other reps, take some relaxed group photos, and kick off the year together!
📸 Two (1-hour) Shared Sessions – You’ll be paired with another team member for two full portrait sessions:
• One in the fall (think cozy vibes + golden hour glow)
• One in the spring, perfect for cap + gown photos!
💫 Pop-Up Creative Shoots – Senior Reps are my go-to girls (and guys!) when inspiration strikes! While not guaranteed, I sometimes come up with fun, last-minute shoot ideas and will reach out to see who’s available to meet up for a quick creative session. Think of it as being my photography guinea pigs—in the best way possible!
📍 One Additional Group Session – We’ll meet again later in the year for another group shoot! The location will be handpicked by Emily and might include a little adventure—this final session may be in or around Nashville, but everything else will be held in Murfreesboro.
What are the Requirements
To be considered for the ECP Senior Rep Team, applicants must:
- Be a graduating senior in the Class of 2026, attending high school in Coffee or Rutherford County (including Manchester, Tullahoma, Murfreesboro or Smyrna).
- Exclusively represent Emily Campbell Photography for senior portraits during the 2025–2026 school year.
- Maintain a positive online presence and actively promote ECP on social media throughout the year.
- Participate in at least one of the two group sessions. (Please note: the final group session may be held in or around Nashville—reliable transportation is required.)
- Bring in a minimum of two referrals by February 1, 2026. Failure to meet the referral requirement may result in probation or limited participation in future sessions.
- Make a $500 investment, which covers the full program—valued at over $1500.
- Sign a contract and complete payment by August 1, 2025 to secure your spot.
